Fantastic doughnuts, kids loved the Christmas themed one, snowman was tasty. Good offers if you buy lots, probably end up looking like a snowman. Good coffee and a comfy place to much and catch up with friends. Kids loved watching the doughnuts being made and rolling off the production line.
The doughnuts as expected are outstanding, Krispy's are always consistently scrumptious. This branch has a wide selection to choose from and they are most definitely fresh. You can see some of the process of them being made through the galley wall where you can have a peek through the bakery. It's worth noting that Krispy should stick to confectionery and leave the beverages to other shops and I don't mean Starbucks or Costa either as the cappuccino, the latte, and even the cookie crumble were all very bland and watery. So by all means get the confectionery but get your drinks elsewhere. The prices, as you'd expect from a major chain like this, are also quite step. Overall I'd highly recommend it for the doughnuts and the staff.
One of the better Krispy Kreme outlets I've encountered! The coolest thing about this one is the 'Doughnut Theatre', where you can watch donuts being created on a conveyor belt, so that's cool. The service is great and even when it's busy, you're not waiting too long for your coffee and donuts. The only problem is the lack of parking outside. If it's full, you might have to park at the Asda or the Costco across the street and walk across. Other than that - it's pretty much perfect.
While working in Manchester I called in to pick up some donuts on the way home. The place was busy, and the staff seemed few and far between. Despite this the young lady who served me was polite and helpful. Good service.
I have been to Krispy Kreme on numerous occasions and to be fair cannot fault them. The cookies and cream milkshake is to die for and hey the doughnuts aren't bad either lol. Don't waste your money on Tim's across the way as you will only be disappointed. Well done as always Krispy Kreme staff
They have a special time period offer free fresh doughnut! This shop is my lovely mental chapel.I cannot help myself come here for worship every month lol. It recall my sweet memories in Auckland Manukau. They have the same setting and outlook!
Visited 29/12/2022 to the factory production / drive thru store. I opted to go inside as had a discount I wanted to take advantage of but also wanted to see the awesome conveyor system of the Krispy Kreme doughnuts being made live and it doesn’t disappoint each time. The staff members on the till area also doing the drive through was very friendly and managed the order well supporting any questions I had and supporting choice selections including the new berry burst sprinkles ring doughnut the doughnuts have now been given to family who have as always received them well, also got to collect the reward smile points which makes it even better, well worth a visit
Oooooo the Theatre of Doughnuts is unbeatable! Could watch all day :D Great coffee. Now have decent oat milk. And allll the Krispy Kremes you could ever want. Go there! Drive thru, even. Easy peasy.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Donuts were being freshly made. It was lovely and clean and loads of options. Can't wait for my next visit. Wish they still did glitter Donuts though
