I thought this place was for soviet union enthusiasts I was wrong
Visited Belfast from Scotland for the weekend expecting a great night but got refused entry because I’m not a local, added to that the door staff all female were the most rudest of people I’ve ever met!! Spoiled a great night up until that point. Will never step foot near the place again.
This nightclub definitely has to address the problems with the bouncers! Refused entry to one of mates for no reason we where a group of three then when asked did not give a reason! As being part of the LGBTQ community found it very discriminating shocking if you think you will not at least face that at this establishment.
Can’t tell you what it’s like because we weren’t allowed in. Regular faces only apparently. The bouncers must have some memory to know everybody’s face. I guess we just weren’t the desired demographic. I’m not sure who is. It would be sad to see the place engaging in the same discrimination that the lbgt community have faced for years.
Went with a group of friends from work on a night out and didn’t let a few of them in cause they didn’t the part even though they were dressed the same as everybody else. They talked about it being members only and that only a few of us could get it. I don’t know how a club can preach about including all yet be so rude and exclusive.
Shauna was amazing, the best bouncer I have ever encountered with. She was amazing and helped my drunk friend and she helped her home she was incredible. She deserves the world.
Some great memories from the Krem back in the day. Union Bar karaoke's a geg. Lunches excellent too
