Decent enough for being local, strong smell of sewage outside and then strong smell of dirty oil when inside. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come book us in, kids enjoyed the soft play, it is a decent size for being a small venue. The big blue side was closed and the kids asked when it would be opened but kept being told ‘later’.. which was disappointing to them as it wasn’t opened before we left. Quite dark and cold inside could do with better lighting, I had a hot chocolate and that was delicious and served quickly. Kids didn’t eat or drink so can’t comment on that but overall our visit was ok.
Daughter loves it , but agree it's lucking update inside as it's cold and dark , more lightning or plants etc something to cheer the place up. Everyone we had food it's tasty
A decent soft play, quite big, a lot for the kids to explore and was nice and clean. Friendly staff looked after us well and the food was fine, nothing flash just good hearty lunch food.
My husband and I Had a lovely first time experience with our 1.5 year old son, had a lovely time, staff were so friendly and helpful. would highly recommend.ngood size for under 3 and the bigger kids as well.
Took our daugter and it was busy fair enough. Told to come back in an hour and turned away again a very dissapointed child. Wouldnt take a name down to guarentee a space and no bookings. Would definately benefit from a booking system. Lots of dissapointed kiddies today. Staff attitude not the best Wont be back
