Tried to get an extra £8 on top of the £22, claimed the car was very dirty inside. Not true, been going there for years & feel £22 is steep. Think they’ve become money grabbing. Context a small Citroen c3 then basically needed a vacuum. Told them to forget it & paid £10 for a wash. Will go to a drive through from now on & vacuum myself, screw them.Services: Polishing
They will put scratches alll over your car paintwork including windows. I had to spend £500 to get that the damage they did fixed. Avoid !
THEY DONT WASH. THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR. YOUR PAINTWORK WILL NEED A DETAILING JOB AFTERWARDS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A NICE /NEW CAR. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. I AM AMAZED AS TO HOW THEY MANAGED TO RUIN MY PRIDE AMD JOY WITHIN 10 MINUTES .
They are ok but the drying off isn’t great it leaves watermarks unless it is actually cola they are cleaning the car with ? also the mirrors are always full of water and I usually have to go over the car afterwards to wipe off the excess water and get rid of the watermarks and bits they have missed ,a Rushed service is what it comes down to .used to be a lot better but seems that the money has gone to their heads less service for more money is what you get these days unfortunately
Avoid this place....!!!Horrible places and terrible management. Overcharging and no receipt will be provided!! Never use this place!!! I was a regular user of this hand car wash, eventually I sometimes have small issues of missing the changes in the coin tray, I never tought that someone would take it from the carwash. Today, I took my car for usual inside and outside cleaning, once on arrival the person who works there confirmed before the cleaning started the the cost would be £15.00 usual price. Once the cleaning has finished not even properly see picture he told me that he made a mistake, the price is £25.00 now. I argued with him, why didn’t you told me before you started the cleaning, he said he forgot it. is it my mistake? I told him, I have only £15 and I am not going to pay more then that. He started to be aggressive and stared to threatening me. As I know he know my vehicle details etc, I decided to pay and never use them again. When I look for the change in my coins box, all the changes are missing. When I mentioned this to the one of the owners, they don’t want to know about it. All they want is their balance £10. I did withdraw the money from the cash machine and paid them, once I asked for the receipt, they didn’t had any receipt book, therefore they can’t provide me one. Please be careful when using this carwash and get ready to get overcharged when job is done. They won’t do the work properly either. Horrible service, bad customer services!!!!Services: Car waxing
A very reasonably priced valet, inside and out, very fast and well done. The last time my car was a bit messier than usual and there were a couple of small bits missed but for the speed, cost and usual high standard I didn't mind. Always happy to go here.
The place had great potential, they cleaned my car well even though it was a basic wash, I think they'll be better off in more open space less restrictive, hence why I gave it 3*.
The best car wash in Milton Keynes £25 inside and out + polish ,all the scratches gone Happy with the service Good job guys
I would give less if I could. They won't have my custom again, there is an area on the car where it looks like they wiped it dry with sandpaper, but on the near side so I didn't notice until it was too late.
