We visit this place first time and our experience was good ish. Food was mostly fresh just noodles went through the microwave. We order large noodles one with sweet&sour chicken and another mix sweet&sour+ sweet chilli chicken. Noodles had good flavour and chicken nice and tender and full of spices. Very big portions but you kinda expecting almost for £10 each per portion. Also try there soft cheese cake. Nice and fluffy but not very flavourful. Was expecting more sweet flavour. Overall we where happy with our food. Taste very good next day to! Would give 4 stars but customer service wasnt the best. Man who was serving me saw im the only one waiting on my food and instead of serving my food he keep talking to his co-workers. Would come back try there soups. Vegetarian options: Tofu
Got a combination of chicken and rice. Full of flavour and was actually very delicious! Think it's a bit awkward trying to eat in this container without making a mess but wouldn't stop me from coming here again.
Always consistent and great tasting food. Price is good for the amount you get. Always filling, come here a lot and order sweet chilli chicken the best and it’s alway delivers.
Entered and immediately ACROSS the room shouted very rudely WERE CLOSE, people were still eating inside as it had an hour still left before close, food still on shelves and on counter and most of staff were just lounging and laughing absolutely no sign that the branch was closing. Honestly it was a big disappointment as we were the first loyal customers who would come weekly before, definitely not how it was before. STAFF should be trained more for customer service specially they are representing a brand with a very respectful culture for example using the word “please” at the very least. So ill just stick with delivery instead!
First time I have been here second for my husband. The kind lady allowed me some samples, I ended up having a selection of meat dishes with noodles! Lovely customer service, very friendly. Will definitely go here again.
Absolutely delicious! Generous portions, had one half sweet & sour chicken and one half chilli chicken, even the rice was cooked to perfection! Will be back for sure Food: 5/5
I love the spicy pork, rarely spicy dish in UK which is actually spicy. And if you order large, the portion is generous too!
Kokoro sushi + bento is one of the nicest 'quick meal' places I have visited...I always go for the mix and match option because I get to eat my 2 favourite spicy pork and katsu chicken Not a large space but comfortable enough to have a meal...no toilets but next door is the Intu restroom facilities. Loads of shops around if you are a shopaholic! Prices are good for the food and drinks you get and menu has great options for everyone. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend
Me and my sister came here yesterday for our lunch whilst we was up the city, we love it here!! My chicken katsu salad was absolutely delicious !! And I had a custard dorayaki aswell which was fab!! I loved it and I have never had an issue with kokoro! They do amazing food!!
Very good. Its been a year in lockdown, so i bought so much. It was all as good as the Sushi in London. I'll be back
