Wonderful shop for Koi, pond accessories and plants. We visit every spring to spruce up our garden. Helpful staff and parking.

Great high quality Koi Fish sold as well as supplies and Tropical fish; except this isn't the only "fishy" thing going on. Great Staff, but poor management and lack of a part time employment structure which plays by the book. With part time staff receiving minimal wages cash in hand as well as non contracted work. 

No set breaks are given and at times breaks aren't feasible.The service provided by staff is unparalleled, which is a far shout from the treatment of staff within the company: no guidelines/ policy provided for part time workers/ this proved an issue when i was dismissed in a way i feel was unfair, as no initial regulations or policies were set or underlined upon receiving the job due to a lack of a contract. Making the part time staff as more of a "fill in" as well as being made to feel easily expendable and an unimportant part of the KWG team. 

Will not be recommending the place for work; services however are excellent :)

I love this place i have been there many times it is worth going to look just at the koi on there own absolutely amazing to see up close they have a very good stock of koi Carp,Terrepins,fish tanks and all accessories to do with keeping your own fish tank and ponds made to spec ,they also can give good advice if your having problems with any part of your  tank or fish.
