Whilst in the market for a waterproof video camera for my work i stumbled across the playsport. It wasnt due to be released for a little while so i popped into my local branch and pre ordered it. I received several calls to let me know when to expect it and was pleased as punch with it. 4 months down the line though it has packed up and with a 2 minute phone call it has all been dealt with and will replaced, as soon as i get the chance to go in. What superb service. Everyone has been efficent, knows what they are talking about and very helpfull. As a retailer i know full well the importance of service when competing with online retailing and in this case it could not have been any better. I just wish that all retailers had the same attitude. Well done.
