We attended a friend's wedding here, the location was far however the views were breath taking. Huge castle, beautiful gardens and food was good. The inside of the venue was very dark and dingy, I personally didn't like it, too outdated, they didn't really have any specific room for everyone to sit however they had a seats all around the venue. They had 3 rooms for dining, 2 medium and 1 small, each table has 12 seatings. The food there is catered by my lahore, canapés were a good variety. Overall it was OK.
I love photographing weddings at Knowsley Hall! An absolutely stunning building and surroundings make it the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs! Knowsley Hall has a fantastic team to make sure the day runs perfectly! A dream venue for a wedding! Can’t wait to be back here again soon!
This is THE venue to book for your wedding in the North West/ Merseyside area... whether an intimate one a huge wedding for 700.. it is AMAZING. The specialist team let by Jason leave nothing to chance, running each event calmly, timely and in a relaxed and efficient manner. Every room gives an amazing historical insight and perfect photographic opportunity...below the breath taking staircase perfect for the entrance of every Bride the rear terrance opens out onto the most exquisite formal gardens which are as beautifully kept as the interior. As a professional wedding photographer for over 25 years, this venue is in my top 3... and shall remain so - I cannot recommend highly enough!
Was here for a wedding, the grounds and house are unbelievably beautiful. Baby lambs in the fields and gorgeous decor. Very posh, still warm even though the rooms are grand and lots of space to move around between avalible rooms
The perfect wedding venue: we got married here in June 2024 - and the place was absolutely perfect. The building is stunningly beautiful and impeccably maintained - and the service offered by Jason, Niall and the staff was outstanding, a mix of calm professionalism and cheerful dedication. Celebrating our wedding at Knowsley Hall has been a dream come true. If you want a fairy-tale wedding, this is the place for you!
We attended Knowsley Hall for a wedding. Wow wee, what a venue for anyone to hold a ceremony and party to celebrate their big day. It was fabulous. The grounds are just beautiful and the house holds so much heritage and history; you can feel it. All the staff were very attentive, nothing was a problem, all food allergies were dealt with seriously my husband has Ceoliac disease and the food was super tasty. The drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced too. Hats off to every single staff member for making such an effort to make the day special to the bride and groom and everyone else celebrating with them.
Went to a friends wedding at this venue, staff very helpful and friendly, the grounds are amazing and allowed for some great photos! We stayed over and the rooms are huge, comfy beds and very clean! Couldn’t have asked for a better venue for someone’s special day
A great experience and an excellent place to visit, I didn't know that there was so much history on our doorstep, we took a guided tour which we had to book as the hall is only open for tours on certain dates but well worth taking, the Stanley family have a history to compare with any other prominent family if not better.
A fantastic venue, my son and his girlfriend have just got married there and we were really impressed, not just with the fantastic splendour of the hall itself, but the incredible staff who are extremely helpful and very polite a big thank you from everybody to them all for making the day such an enjoyable success all round. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The food fantastic.
Today's wedding was at Knowsley Hall, it always takes your breath away when you drive up. The bride and groom managed to dodge most of the showers and we wish them all the best for the future.
