Joke of a company, I regret using these scam artists as they charge a monthly fee for doing absolutely naff all. The management fee could be used to pay off iva's, das's and trust deeds quicker. The staff are pig ignorant and seem to think they are above everybody they speak to... In short a shower of clowns

Payed £3.5k into a trust deed over 3 years couldnt afford to pay anymore due to loss of job. they withdrew from the trust and told me only £600 of the £3.5k would go to my creditors and the other £2.9k was eating up by their fees. Absoloute scam of a company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE IN DEBT

Compulsive gambler seeking therapy - my account was already in 1 month arrears and was about to go into 3 month arrears but i explained how i was seeking proffesional help and the guy knocked all arrears on the head and put a payment break in place clearing all arrears till the end of my 5 year plan. So much stress being released Thank you KB

This company was meant to assist and help me out, however, every pay / income review they put the price up. Furthermore, they failed to mention that should you receive additional income i.e. commission on a job you would be charged for that and they wanted the payment the following month without hesitation! I have claimed by debts back however that too is a hassle waiting 6 months for a discharge notice!!!! Horrendous PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful. You just don't know where you are with this lot. I escalated my issue and nothing was resolved. Leaving them meant my IVA failing. Sad times...
