Sighing and ill manners while on the phone to a patient because you don't like the question being asked, OMgosh really? We in health care already get enough bad press without confounding that bad press with ill manners and allowing our personal frustrations to spill over to the degree patients hear staff members being rude over the phone. Rest assured upon my next visit to Grove Road Pharmacy I will be speaking too whomever needs to be made aware of this behaviour. I myself am tired and sometimes allow my frustration to spill over but we should all be aware be it in a Pharmacy or in a NHS Hospital that the people we are dealing with are sick and in some cases vulnerable, the last thing patients want when speaking to Pharmacy staff or NHS staff is sighing and ill manners when being asked a relivant questions regarding that patients prescription or treatment.
Great little pharmacy. Amazing service. Polite and friendly counter staff. Keep up the good work ladies!
My local pick up for prescriptions and they have always been polite.
I've never had any problems with this pharmacy. I walk in, they give me my prescription, I leave - no hassle, no fuss. They always seem to be efficient. When I wanted my flu jab, Kiran arranged it for me.
An All round Excellent service.. especially the Manager Kiran..! A Very pleasant young professional .. was extremely impressed with the fact that she actually went the extra mile and took time out of her busy schedule, to sit me aside, where she reassured me and explained to me the correct dosage for the medicine’s that had been prescribed by my doctor.. will 100% recommend this pharmacy to everyone !
Visited 2 days ago and got served by a very lovely lass called Zainab.When approched for help she was very friendly, polite, professional and informative great little pharmacy and lovely staff members.
Use this pharmacy on a regular basis, very conveniently located next to the practice. Well stocked and well run. The staff are always knowledgeable and are never shy to help. Would highly reccomend
Excellent customer service. They ordered my prescription for me and managed to get hold of an out of stock item on the same day, so I didn't have to chase up. I was served by the manager Kiran who was professional and friendly.
Fantastic and friendly service. My prescription was done quickly. The manager Kiran gave me advice over the phone which was so helpful and so thankyou for the lovely service you provide.
Update : It's several weeks later and I decided to drop in again to see if they would take the medicines now. This time I am happy to report that the reception and service I received was in keeping with what I would expect. The medicines were taken from me lots of them and I was very happy with the service I received. I have increased the rating to 3 stars. Had I received the same service on my first visit then there would have been five stars. Let's hope that my first visit was just a bad time which has now passed. ---- Original post below: I have looked at numerous low scoring comments from several months ago and although several of them include responses which suggest that they will be followed up, my recent experience of this pharmacy suggests that nothing at all has been done to address the poor customer experience at this location. That fact suggests to me that using any Knights Pharmacy would be something to be avoided if possible because clearly, customer service is NOT considered important. Thank goodness that although I will be dealing with them once more, that time will be the LAST time I intend to interact with them. Although they are conveniently located right next to the surgery, as others have posted, they are at best unhelpful, and at worst, rude and/or incompetent. My advice is to take your prescriptions elsewhere.
