I travel up from deepest Dorset, to the Orpington area. We always take a break here, this time had eggs benedictine, very nice, then we have a stroll around the garden centre, it seems to change everytime, we have bought garden items here, in the past. The staff are always helpful and cheerful

Rude, rude ,rude manager, or man serving food and female server in the cafe today 10th April. Already bought beverages ,and went back for seconds only also asked also for hot water which they grudgingly served me, with the woman saying abruptly 'you have to pay for that'There was no price shown of this anywhere and i was shocked to be charged £2.10p for a cup of hot water. When i questioned this they were abusive and treated me like something on their shoe.Disgusting will never go back.Urgently need training in customer skills.Ruined a pleasant meet up

Met the MG mob here for a breakfast club, large car park, friendly staff, good food, lost a star because it is a bit pricey  pot of tea was extra ,would definitely use again

Went for lunch yesterday 23rd january 2023  Disappointed with food, I had the chicken pie which was watery and tasteless,  and brought in not homemade with very little filling,  boiled potatoes with veg dry with no sauces or gravy, and microwaved, not good, and my sister had the fishcakes which she said was tasteless and bland The only person happy with their food was my husband d who had the veggie burger, which was not brilliant but tolerable. My husband went with friends to the dukes head in Tadworth, same price amazing food  We went  to the garden centre  as my sister said the food used to be good there, it was her 80th birthday yesterday so it was disappointing For her.  We were asked how was the food and my sister said it was just OK.  Come on Knights up your game on the food, have you got a new chef,  I always give honest reviews, and I cannot say a meal was good when it wasnt This was booked at 1.30 under the name bowen

Favourite garden centre. Really helpful, informative staff in the plant section. Honest. If they don’t know something, they tell you, and find someone who does. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. Also rate the restaurant staff very highly. Went as the cafe was closing, but the manager stopped what he was doing to serve me, with a smile, and was really helpful. Great food, and Americana coffee. Have been lots of times, as always feel valued as a customer. End up spending far more than intended, as the choice, and quality of plants is very high

Lovely garden centre with loads of goodies to buy. Highly recommendable

We had a nice sandwich lunch on a Saturday Pleasant surroundings and not a long wait as was pretty quiet. Then browsed a good selection of annual and perennial plants.  All good specimens and  properly cared . Will return  for further purchases.

Fantastic today massive choice of garden plants For the coming gardening season, well happy with what I bought all fit healthy plants .I collect orchids was nice to see some different species other than phalynopsis all the time

Lovely garden center. Plenty of parking.  Good staff but coffee wasn't as good as I expected.
