My son brought a 13 plate A3 just under 12 months ago for £13500 ,it had just over 36500  on the clock and the dealer said he had brought it direct from Audi dealership .

They gave a 12month  warranty ,however the turbo has just failed at just over 43000 miles 

On his journey home from work his turbo failed;no warning lights came on the dash board prior or after 

The failure of the turbo as caused catastrofic damage to many other parts and we still don't know as yet if the engine is damaged too. So far turbo,intercooler,DPF all need to be renewed so a bill in excess of over £4000 

This dealer doesn't want to know as he believes that the warrenty is out as over it's mileage .

Please check your warrentys first especially if buying high end like my son ,I mean who only just does 6000 miles a year .

All I can say is they are not interested in anyway but we will be taking this up as the car is not fit for purpose and was not high mileage and is under 12months old

Extra comments added 

Please note after posting on there social media page the same comments I was later replied with that my son's partner was abusive and threatening to the owner and that they should contact trading standards if they wish to contest .

The company mentioned my son's partners name in their social media site and that they had the right to defend their good name. 

I pointed out any conversation by phone was hearsay and so easy to say they said things and that a professional company would have not mentioned names of individuals just like I had not of sales staff  and that they would have requested private messaging 

The same message was then reposted back from the company  regarding right to defend .

I pointed out again that I didn't mention names of individuals and now At least others may see comments and come to their own opinion

We bought a Mini Coupe from Richard Knight Cars. The service we received was excellent. The car developed a fault early on. Richard arranged for the car to be repaired and it was quickly remedied at no extra cost to ourselves.

Just brought my Renault Clio from Richard. Before receiving it he checked the car over and fixed any faults then put a brand new not on it for me. 
Very friendly service and highly recommended 😎
