Is this the best garage in Scotland to take your older German car? - Yes, without a doubt. Colin's knowledge of these vehicles and attention to detail is second to none. If you doubt my word, check any Mercedes/manufacturer forum. Administration was fantastic, lots of pictures, videos and explanation with Elaine, communicating well and able to discuss the repairs. You can tell everyone there is passionate about the cars and keeping them driving well.
Really impressed with my first visit today . Car was due an oil service and after a bad experience at the Main stealers I decided to give an independent specialist a try. Quote for the work arrived quickly and very reasonable compared to main dealer . Courtesy car was an added bonus you don’t always receive from independents. Work was carried out in only a morning without any of the time usually wasted at main dealers . My car is only 18 months old and knowing that genuine BMW parts are used and all service records are updated on the computer is the main reason i decided to use Klasse . Warranty upheld All in a really positive experience and definitely would recommend. Keep up the good work .Service: Oil change

Was out with me neighbour to collect his car. My eyes just went amazing. The office has an engine and on top a glass table. Talk about stunning! I went straight to it or should I sat drawn to it. Gorgeous. I was shown in the garage and there was a stunning red split window camper van. This was out of this world. You have to go to see it. It's not a big place just a small garage who does some brilliant work to your car. Ever want your car MOT that's where to go
After various attempts by local garages, one of which was a so called Auto electrical expert, to resolve my electrical fault with my S Class I was recommended to these guys. Why didn't I go here 1st of all I asked myself. Fantastic service by everybody concerned with this business. Friendly, polite but most of all professional, these people know their stuff. I fed them what I was told by these other garages which basically gave them a headache and sent them off in the wrong direction, for which I apologise for, yet again !!!. I cannot recommend Klasse Series highly enough.Service: Electrical
Fantastic garage with great costumer service. Used Klasse for 2 MOT’s and services so far and won’t be taking my pride and joy anywhere else. They provided a courtesy as I live 30mins drive away. When I turned up at 09:00am all the staff were very polite and everyone of them said hi. During the time my car was in the garage I was kept up to date with the work being carried out and any possible future works that might need done. An MOT and service was carried out in the same day. Plus the car was washed and hoovered. 100% Better and more professional than the dealer at a fraction of the price. Safe to say I’ve found the garage we’re all looking for. Best help, best service I've had in years: by service I mean customer care. Had a prob- bonnet open warning on a Merc it wasn't but it presented wipers working. These guys attended to me immediately, fixed the prob free! in minutes when a Merc workshop in Grangemouth wants £156 for diagnostics and couldn't do it until 3 days later.
The best Merc garage bar none from Thurso to swanky London.. I've used KSA for years after repeatedly being disappointed by other supposed quality garages London/Port Glasgow/Scotland.. Colin and crew are perfectionists and take pride in their work.. Importantly they don't rip you off and they'll get to the bottom of the issue at hand and report with the facts.. They service/repair my classic and newer Merc, top job every time. aye.
Fantastic. Honest information from the technical expert that saved us money. First class service and you know they treat your car like its there own. Attention to detail makes these guys worth the 5 recommendation.
