We are a musculoskeletal physiotherapy service in Lanchester, Co. Durham & Rickleton Village, Washington, Tyne & Wear. We treat a whole range of musculoskeletal problems including, but not limited to low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis, fibromyalgia, shoulder & knee pain, joint & muscle problems & headache. We also advise on injury prevention.

Kiwi Physiotherapy was recommended to me by a friend. She said the clinic provides an excellent service - and she was right!The hours are flexible so getting a convenient appointment has never been a problem for me. I have received careful, expert diagnosis with clear and helpful explanations and consistently effective treatment delivered with understanding and kindness. I don't know what Iwould have done without this support during a painful and disabling year. I am extremely grateful. And I am better - which is the real test! Thanks to all at Kiwi.

I have used the services of Kiwi Physiotherapy for many years. I cannot rate them too highly. Karen is an excellent practitioner who explains clearly any problems, and offers advice regarding how to maintain mobility outside clinic visits. There is never any pressure regarding more appointments- it really is up to the individual to decide if necessary. I have recommended Kiwi to family and friends- and without exception they have all been highly satisfied.

Wonderful professional service. Can't rate the therapy highly enough. I was in a great deal of pain and discomfort after some idiot rear ended my car. Within a few sessions with Kim easing the pain and giving me guidance to alleviate the symptoms at home, I was able to function almost back to normal both at work and at sport within a few months.

A great company to deal with. Karen Steele is very courteous, professional and a great Physiotherapist. Highly recommended without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. My issues, combined with the abuses I insist on inflicting on my body via running, cycling and hill walking, mean that I’ve been a client of the practice for some years now. Sorting me out took perseverance, dedication, skill and application over years from Karen, & I have little doubt that I owe my continued capacities to keep on moving to her. I’ve recommended Kiwi to several people and none of them have been disappointed. Whether it’s a one-off problem or complex, you get the treatment programme that is right for you.
