Ordered my kitchen from them. The staff are very professional, and have great customer service. Our kitchen was small but their design made the best use of the small space within our budget. Will definitely be using them again when I upgrade my kitchen in the future.
Amazing service from Kitchen & Bathroom world. We 1st visited their showroom and arranged a visit for Scott to come out to us for a quote for our bathroom and ensuite. Scott was a really nice guy and knowledgeable about the products and also what we wanted to achieve. A week later, we met Scott at the showroom for him to go through his designs - which were amazing and made the most out of the space we had. Then the bathroom fitters and Scott visited my home to ensure they knew what needed doing. We then arranged for the install and to minimise disruption the fitters completed whilst we were on holiday. Both the bathroom and ensuite look amazing - would definitely recommend!!
We are very happy with our new kitchen. The staff at Kitchen world have always been very helpful. As part of our house and kitchen renovation we had an independent kitchen fitter, so I can not comment on their fitters. However my fitter was always kept in the loop regarding deliveries etc. We did experience some issues with one of our appliances but David pulled out all the stops to resolve this and we have been very happy with the outcome.
Highly recommended for a quality kitchen at a great price. We had a complete kitchen refit designed, supplied & fitted by Kitchen World and, 12 years on, the quality of the units and fitting has stood the test of time, with visitors to our home still saying how good it looks. I recently went back to get a new mixer tap and had great customer service once again and bought a quality tap at a great price better value than the DIY sheds. David and his team couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The Old Sugar Beet factory takes a bit of finding, but it's definitely worth the effort to see the displays.
A great service all round. Having come to Kitchen World with a basic layout they were able to add to that and turn it into a great design. They worked to our budget and were able to add in some extras which we discovered right up to and beyond the point of ordering and the fitter was still able to accommodate little changes during the fit process.
Second Kitchen Purchase in 10 years. When we first dealt with Kitchen World 10 years ago, I thought David and his team where great. We had a few problems making the design work, but he stepped up and helped out. So when we needed a kitchen for a little cottage we built for my mother he was the first call. Price was right, the oak kitchen looks great, we have a problem 2 months down the line when the kick boards discolored. He said it may of been down to the underfloor heating, I didn't feel that made sense. But true to him he gave me new kick boards free of charge. I will be going back again once we've finished the build of our new boot room. Kitchen world is well worth the trip and the owner David is always happy to talk things through with you
I would 100% Not recommend this company. What should have been a 2 week project took 3 months. The customer service is none existent to say the least. They breached 3 clauses of there own Terms and Conditions. and wouldn't take ownership of errors when ordering the items. I was told I must pay 100% for the goods delivered even when high % hadn't been delivered or indeed manufactured. The fitter very good but sadly spend most days going back to the company as incorrect items had been delivered. If ordering a paint sprayed kitchen beware as the paint chips off very easily. The firm used to spray appears to be one man band hence when on holiday for 2/3 weeks nothing gets done to the upset of the customer. I believe I paid top money for a very poor quality and service.from Kitchen World. 100% not to be recommended.
My kitchen was supplied and fitted by Kitchen World to an exceptional standard. A few minor changes were accommodated with no fuss by the fitter. Steven, the sales person, was knowledgeable and very helpful. The finished kitchen looks absolutely amazing - thank you.
We had our kitchen designed and fitted by kitchen world about 7 years. Have been really pleased with it, but was ready for a change. So I went back to kitchen world to have new work tops, upstands and also a breakfast bar. Work tops took a while to arrive due to stock issues, but was kept up to date by email. Once they arrived the same day the fitter, Corin popped round to see the job. He then arranged for fitting the following week. Corin did a fantastic job. We are really pleased with it. Would definitely recommend and return again in the future.
