Why is this company still trading?? I had the misfortune of coming across this company through Groupon.  They are scammers, and the only thing that they do is steal your cash.   If you want some good advice and you don't want to lose your money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would give this a 0 if I had the option. Customer service very poor, cannot arrange and keep to a given time slot, unhelpful on the phone when sorting enquiries. The cleaners have an awful, unprofessional attitude and do not clean sufficiently at all!

Still waiting for my  £20 back been waiting six weeks I should have read the reviews before I booked them , I'm a pensioner and can't afford to loose  £20 pounds to robbers they should be locked up.

As a ex employee of this company I cannot tell you enough to not use this company it should be shut down with the amount of calls I have had from old customers saying that they have been taking money out the bank months after the clean has been done!!!
