If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast spot, look no further than The Kitchen at The Wharf. The quality of the food is simply superb, with every dish cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. But what really sets The Kitchen apart is the excellent service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. Whether you need a recommendation on what to order or an extra cup of coffee, they are always happy to help. The atmosphere is also top-notch. The cozy and inviting space is perfect for a relaxing breakfast, and the waterfront views add an extra touch of charm. Overall, I highly recommend The Kitchen at The Wharf for breakfast. With its amazing food, superb quality, and excellent service, it's the perfect spot to start your day off right.
We popped in here for a lunch while visiting a friend in Langport and what a bustling place! We had to wait a few minutes for a table but that was a good sign. We were soon seated and brought our drinks, food is on huge menus high on the walls which is a great idea. I had a bacon Brie cranberry panini with chips and the others had ham, egg and chips. All food was really tasty and very generous in size. The cakes looked amazing with a fabulous selection it I was too full to enjoy one. When we’re back in Langport we’ll definitely be back for definite!
My favourite coffee and cake stop, just love it here really tasty food and coffee is excellent. It's become my regular stop whilst cycling and there is a bike park too. Parking: Only a couple of spots to park but just around the corner on the next road there is plenty of parking but can get busy.
Lovely pancake day. The lovely team here split our one main in two without being asked so we could also manage a delicious stack of pancakes. Fabulous food and service with a smile.
Lovely place. Staff all polite and attentive, food is freshly made and absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: Have provisions for children Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access throughout
Lovely surroundings, light airy welcoming venue. Recommend the blackboard specials. I had the black pudding, bacon and egg on farmhouse toast. Good selection of cakes and pastries, local ales and ciders by the bottle. Dogs welcome.
Has been steadily improving over a few years. Both breakfast and lunch are good quality for price. Coffee is good. Nice location next to the river.Food: 4/5
Great service, friendly staff and dog friendly. The food here is outstanding and they do not scrimp on the portion sizes. I haven't made it to desert yet on the occasions I've been but I know I'll definitely be going back. All covid rules adhered to here . Cannot recommend this place enough.
Lovely spending time here with friends and chatting to staff and other customers. Great view from the window. I did not explore the Art Gallery, just popped in for a Chai Latte followed by a Neal with friends. Lovely fresh meal with big portions, medium ££. Free water carafe and glasses on a sideboard. Accessibility - good, parking for disabled near by and loo for the disabled on the ground floor in the main building. Good and Drinks - good range for carnies and veggies, they also knew their ingredients for vegans. My friend does not like poached eggs and asked for it to be left off, they asked if she was vegan no as there was cheese in the chickpea fritter. Well impressed. Car Park - we used a free car park in the town. There is free parking for disabled at the Charge. Dogs - welcome d, I saw one staff member giving treats to one dog. Toilets - in the main building managed by the Wharfe and not the restaurant. The emergency alarm cord in the disabled loo was too far back and did not reach the floor, one of the staff said they'd report it to the Wharfe management.m Wifi - free and no handing your email and details over!
I popped into the Kitchen at the Wharf today on a bike ride. Good coffee and cake is an essential part of cycling; as such I have visited lots of cafes across the country and further afield. I could not have been more impressed by the Kitchen at the Wharf. A lovely location, an exceptionally friendly and welcoming team, a quality double espresso and a very tasty cake apple and caramel so it counts as one of my five a day!. I will definitely be back next time I am visiting the area.
