Based on my experience I'd highly recommend dealing with Automoto Banbridge.  I dealt with Scott who I found to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.  My 2019 Astra was prepped superbly inside and out, it had new tailored mats fitted and smelt great. Serviced before delivery using the correct oil and maintenance book stamped.  Thanks to everyone Not forgetting the car cleaner at Automoto.

Fantastic service from both Gary and Scott.  Would highly recommend them.  We bought a car from Automoto and the guys were really easy to deal with and nothing was to much trouble!  Highly recommend them!

Both Scott and Gary are excellent to deal with, I had a small warranty claim after a couple of months, automoto were happy for me to bring the vehicle to a local Garage as I'm over 2 hours drive away, thanks again!

So recently I have been onto this garage again . I brought a car in July 2022 !! Suzuki swift 2008 The start is sept 2022 the speedo clock stopped working. I got onto the garage to let them know . Coming up to Xmas I struggled to get the car into a garage !!! Got the car in to be fixed 7th jan 2023 When the car went in for the speedo to be fixed a number of other problems came along as 2 wheel barings/ 4 spark plugs/ engine mountain block/ abs sensor / gearbox sensor / gearbox oil/ drivers seat belt/ I made another phone call to automoto to explain all the problems with the car and they gave me a list of things done to the car before I brought it. Yes things were supposed to be done but all the things I needed to get fixed were totally irrelevant to what supposedly was done . Again I rang the garage we’re car was purchased asking them to fix the main problem which is the speedo is not working.  MOT due and will not pass with the problem Ian told me  basically they are not in a position to help out and have no interest in dealing with it. Car cost £1800 and since brought an additional £800 has been spent on the car and speedo is still not fixed . The mechanic also told me that the car was not fit to be sold to any buyer. So my point here is be careful when buying cars of garages like this as u may be have to fork out a lot more money. I also got into the garage ombudsman to report this situation and low and behold ?? The garage is not registered with them. Thanks Gary and Ian for all the help!!  Follow up situation? The car now has to travel 30km in order for someone to look at the speedo clock and to determine if it’s the clock or something else?? So far this car has cost £900 half the price of the car sold at time . Still no reply from automoto offering to help out with repairs of the vehicle. Again buyers just be aware when buying a second hand car from these. I have asked them but they will not offer to repair

My partner and I purchased a used car from this absolutely fabulous dealership. We flew over from from England and at every step of the way Gary was with us. At no point was any request too much for him, he even offered to collect us from the airport! We needed a large car to accommodate our ever expanding family, Gary got a tape measure out to ensure we could fit a pushchair in the back. We were sent in depth pictures and videos, which helped assure us our trip would be worth it. The car is fabulous, in great condition and runs a treat. We drove it from NI to West Midlands, it was perfect. It continues to be perfect. More than anything, the customer service we received was second to none. Extremely trust worthy and reliable second hand cars and tradesman. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Automoto, Banbridge, especially Gary, so much so that if we ever need another car, we wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip again. Thank you so much for your tireless efforts and assurance throughout the process, your kindness and sincerity.

If I could give 7* I would, this dealership could not do enough to help me in the sale of this car without any hesitation nothing was too much. Excellent, very professional service. Gary and Scott are a true asset to the company and we’re a pleasure to deal with I will go back to them and would recommend in a heart beat. Anybody from UK mainland wanted to purchase a car should do so with full confidence that they will get a good quality car with excellent service before during and after sale, in my opinion with the many main dealers And smaller garages I have dealt with in the past these guys top them all. Well done and keep doing a grand job! Top lads!

Bought from Automoto Halloween 2022. Excellent service from Scott and Gary. Would use them again. Nothing was a problem.

Not the traditional way I would buy a car but given the intermediary involvement, I was happy to do so on this occasion.  Whilst I cannot give a review in terms of the car as of yet, although it appears on face value amazing, this review is conciously focussed towards the professionality and transparency of the company.  They hand held me through the whole process, kept me informed and remained professional throughout.  We had a few issues to overcome in terms of administration but everyone involved was keen to get the car to me, MOT'd delivered and were good to their promises.  As I stated, this is not a review on the car because I am not 100% yet, but a review on the service.

Brilliant Service, got my new Ford Mondeo off these lads, couldn’t of been happier with Scott’s Service absolute gentleman thanks so much again guys

Extremely honest car sales bought a Range Rover from here . Scott was great to deal with great communication. Have no problem recommending this car sales company.
