Ordered 2 burgers and chips for me and my wife as she was coming off the back shift, sent 1 single buger with no chips and the other had chips. Was good so we just shared the chips and put it down to a mistake. Ordered food again tonight, 1 double cheeseburger and 1 kismet half pounder which cones with donner meat and chips, food came 15 minutes late and they'd just sent 2 double cheeseburgers with no donner meat or salad. Called and the guy sounded very irate saying the order was correct until we explained again that it wasn't and there's no donner meat. He replied saying he'll send down some donner meat so we're currently sat waiting on the meat whilst our food goes cold. By the looks of the reviews, this place obviously has no idea how to operate and the customer service is non existent. I know some people read bad reviews and still give a place a chance but really...... don't waste your time and money, you'll be disappointed

As a very regular customer of the take away service. I was dismayed at the attitude given to my wife as she tried explaining they had made a mistake with the kismet burger and sent a cheese burger. He got very irritable and shouted at my wife saying it was her fault. I took phone tried to talk to the gent on phone who was shouting on phone at us. So I said I am only up the road and I’ll go down with problem. He said do what you want and said something else I care not to mention. Even at shop he told me to shut up and get out I was so angry I crushed the bag so they couldn’t resale the product and stormed out as he stood there that’s fine sire. I replied no it’s not fine and I will be reporting this to trading standards. I am livid absolutely livid. Their phone manner tonight was disgusting.

Excellent pizzas, great price and fast delivery!
Ordered 3 pizzas at 6.10pm. They finally showed up at 8.10pm with 1 pizza missing and tried to charge us £23. Asked for money off and they refused and took pizzas off of us. Will not be back after speaking to the staff over the phone and their customer service is shocking.
Simple burger and chips easy right. Apparently no. Barely hot and soggy mess. Tried to phone but no answer. I wanted to exchange for a decent meal but I can't get through. Waste of money
Ordered a takeout from here and delivery was very prompt. The burger was well made with just the right amount of sauce and salad. Chips were crispy and fresh, and hot! The salad portion was huge and very fresh and crunchy. Overall very happy with my dinner.
Absolutely shocking tonight...ordered at 5pm for 3 kebabs and one pizza for delivery...order arrived about 1hr later...pizza was cold...phoned up and telephone girl spoke to somebody in shop and I could hear him rant...second pizza came out another hour later and it was wrong toppings...phoned up again and spoke to manager he was ranting down phone...he was telling me that my order wasn't priority...he couldn't quite understand where I was coming from that we ordered at 5pm and wasn't prepared to wait until 8pm...3rd pizza came and it was dumped on doorstep...shocking service and staff in shop need to realise that customers on phone can hear them...WILL NOT be ordering again...terrible service and rude staff !!!!
My son ordered a pizza and chips and after he phoned to ask where his food was after 80 mins food came stone cold an sweaty off the boxes which the delivery driver had quite obviously forgotten about! I phoned to tell them that i wasnt happy with the food and service and wouldn't be ordering from them again before putting the phone down on them! Absolute C""P!!!
