Been took over by Tameside kebab, isn't kismet anymore, ordered a few times from them, each time more and more disappointing, we live 2 mins away but had to order due to family health problem, it took them way over an hour to deliver, only ordered a tray of donner meat and a hotdog with onions, and a milkshake...brings to mind the saying "familiarity breeds content" once you have ordered a few times they seem to keep you waiting and not care, food was barely warm and the milkshake which is made with ice cream was like water, it had melted and turned to liquid, must've been sat there for ages, by all means try these out I'm sure they're good with new customers but after a while it's like they don't care.

I’m very disappointed with this place and its Staff. I like my curries spicy and I especially like naga, so I ordered Naga Jal Piazi Chicken, it is advertised as “A very hot dish, very spicy not for the faint hearted. Cooked with naga chillies, giving a mouth watering taste.” Although hot in temperature it was NOT hot in spice, this dish had never seen a green chilli let alone a naga ! – I’ve had hotter Korma’s ! Honestly there was no chillies in this dish at all ! I wanted a hot spicy dish and I didn’t get one ! I was so disappointed I rang to complain. I was told by a very unhelpful member of staff that the Boss had “just gone out”. I asked who else can deal with my complaint and he said “…..The Boss, and he’s just gone out. I will get him to ring you when he gets back” That was on Saturday and I’ve still not had a phone call You’re glad to take my money but are totally unwilling to handle a complaint Consequently, I will not be ordering from Kismet ever again
