So my youngest daughter woke up with a very swollen face hardly able to open her eyes. She called asking for an emergency appointment to be told there's none. So I told her to go due to the risk of anaphylaxis if it is an allergic reaction to something. Hopefully it isn't  too serious due to the fact she's still sat there 3 hours later!!!!!

Friendly staff, never a long wait (I go weekly) but appointments are quite far away when booking
