Phoned at short notice to have a flower bouquet delivered within a two hour window. The flowers were delivered as promised and the recipient was delighted with the flowers. Said they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Kirstie's Flowers. Great service !!

Went here for my wedding flowers- what a mistake! Initially the service to set up a meeting was great, they had a selection of appointments available. However, at the appointment I was told that what I wanted would not look good- whereas two other florists said it would look great. After this I decided to wait before getting back in touch. When I did I told them in no uncertain terms what I wanted, was given a price, then got an email with an increased price for the same thing! I've since looked around further and found a different florist who has bent over backwards to accommodate what we would like and is doing this only with a week before the wedding! When I called to cancel everything with Kirstie's I told them that I thought their service needed improving- they did not ask how nor did they acknowledge I said this! Weddings are stressful, so if you want a helpful, friendly florists, do not use Kirstie's!

Kirstie's provided flowers for my daughter's wedding - absolutely beautiful and stunning arrangements. The flowers look and smell wonderful. Thank you!
