Went this morning for to have my hair blow dried for my sons wedding.. I asked for it to be dried straight.. I was told someone had phoned in sick but it was ok and I was still having my hair done. As soon as she touched my hair I knew she wasn't any good. She wafted my hair with the dryer to make it flatter at the roots ?? .. I am an ex hairdresser so I know how blow dries should be and I have had my hair dried beautifully straight many times at other salons... the two "hairdressers" talked over me and my daughter and kept leaving me to answer the phone (3 times) talking to the other staff about trying to find sams grandmas telephone number... this experience cost me £20 and I had to come home and re do my hair myself... I will never again come to your salon... the whole experience was a disgrace. I will also be adding this to trip adviser and Facebook
