I can't thank Kirk's vets enough . We are going through the awful pain of losing 3 out of 5 of our furry family in the past 5 weeks   ! 2 of them sadly were very ill & they had to be put to sleep , they were so kind & respectful . They really really compassionate . They were so respectful which helped us to deal with all our own grief . In between this one of our other furry family started to fit & we phoned the vets & they told us to take her down & it was quite late . She had been fitting for 30 minutes but stopped as we arrived in the car park ! They took her to the examination room & gave us valuable advice & luckily we have some more time with her . The 3rd sadly passed away while she was sleeping in the hallway & there wasn't anything the vets could've done for her , & I was just so relieved that she came home than not knowing  whether  she did was  pass away , she was warm & safe with food & water & safe & now shes in our garden . My fur baby will always use Kirk's vets. Thank you so much  i

Worst Vet I have ever been a customer of 2nd time of complaining now and its enough! Pet care comes second to profit with prices that far exceed the care given. A simple consultation was almost £50 and all that happened was a nail clip which actually made my dog yelp and told the issue was age related. No way Sherlock! I think i knew that much we all care about our pets but that does not mean we should be insulted by these prices and service. I had not even requested a consultation it was supposed to be booked as a Free plan included checkup but got charged a consultation and medicine at £40 when the new vet charges less than half that disgusting!!. We have now changed our vets and have found a much more pet and owner friendly service.

I can't thank the staff at Kirk's vets enough for the care they have taken of my cat Mitsy over the last 18 years. Highly recommended.

We’ve been going to Kirks vets for coming up to 2 years now and we’ve never had any issues, the reception team are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our dog is quite nervous when it comes to the vets so we have always gone between both Eleni and Sara who are amazing with him. They are both lovely and great veterinarians - any time that we have had to visit the vets they have both been able to deal with the issue swiftly so I highly recommend them!

Helpful and caring staff. Useful explanation of problem by vet. Dog has previously had successful tooth operation here and he is still happy to visit which is a good recommendation.

Wonderful veterinary surgery, extremely professional and caring staff with a welcoming atmosphere. We are always given the time we need to discuss our pets wellbeing. As a family it's wonderful to be able to have that trust that our pet labrador is well looked after. Thank you.

First visit ,was impressed by the vet we saw. Staff are friendly and helpful and unlike my previous vet they actually answer the phone . Its a difficult thing finding a good vet ,but ongoing circumstances forced us to move from one we had used for years. Fortunately I think we have made a good choice.

They do what they have to do well enough but whereas in the past their main reason for existing was the animals nowadays it is more how much can we milk the pet owners for. Cannot really blame the vets, it seems, that self interest is everybodies first interest.

Always welcomed when you pop in and the reception is always clean and tidy, Vets are always very helpful, no complaints from me.

Took me time to be able to write this. As a family we had to make the decision to let our lovely dog go. It was so difficult but everyone we encountered was supportive and compassionate at an incredibly difficult time. We are so grateful for the care we received. Thank you.
