A really Nice Pub in a good position with very good parking areas! Lovely large open interior! Serves Very Good food and Fine Beers! Because it is a popular Pub it can get very busy at certain times of the week! The Staff were very helpful!
Chose Alan Kirkham as they are one of the most experienced agents on the market and always heard very positive reviews from friends/fam. Fantastic service, Francine and Kath at chadderton office were brilliant in dealing with the sale of my home. My buyers pulled out at the last hurdle through no fault on kirkhams behalf and the ladies were quick to settle me down and 2 weeks later we sold again. Been in our gorgeous new home in Royton 8months now I'm just sorry my new one wasn't for sale with Kirkhams too as they were such a pleasure. Highly recommend for a friendly, professional service.
Sold our house with Kirkhams just over 2 years ago. Terrible from start to finish. Disorganised, dishonest and terrible communication I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near them. Moving house is stressful enough without having to put up with the extra stress of doing their job for them.
