I was in Koolers on Saturday night and the scene I witnessed was horrific. Two men were acting aggressively towards a young guy for no reason. The bouncers came over and asked what was happening. The guy was not a native English speaker and when the bouncers realised this, they were incredibly racist towards him and threw him out even though he was not at all aggressive. I think you should rethink your staff as this is 2017 and their attitude was disgusting.
