I would avoid at all costs. I ordered my wedding ring from here. I agreed on a design, weight and price, I paid a 50% deposit. I was told to come back a week later and it would be ready. When I entered the shop a week later the owner had no idea who I was and didn’t even know what I had ordered, despite having a receipt. To make matters worse the item wasn’t ready. I then went back a week later. The ring was finally ready and I then asked the owner to check the weight and make sure it’s 8grams. He weighed the ring without showing me the scales and said that the ring actually weighs 8.5grams. He then said I have to pay an additional £40 for the 0.5gram. I refused to pay the extra amount. He then agreed for me to pay the normal price after 10 minutes of arguing. I got home, weighed the ring and it was 8grams. Inflated prices, poor customer service and scammers.
I paid over £1000 for a necklace, sadly it fell off within a few minutes because of a faulty catch. I went back twice to ask if they could fix it and on both occasions was told to come back later, the third time I was accused of damaging the necklace myself and told that I'd have to pay to get it repaired. After two staff members went off into a corner to whisper something while glaring at me I was told they'd buy it back. Not what I wanted, so I politely thanked them and left with my broken necklace; which I'm sure would have taken them no time at all to fix.
I bought a ring for my mom as a surprise gift so I wasn't completely sure about the size . I ended up buying a size which turned out to be too big for my mom . We went back there and told them it was too big so they got my mom's exact size and told us to come back the following week. We came back and they said it wasn't ready yet . When we finally received the ring it was made too tight even after getting my mom's exact size and they charged an additional £50 for get it resized . To make this worse, they almost completely changed the design. The entire base of the ring had been changed. There were ridges on the ring which were slightly sharp which we requested for them to make smooth and after receiving it back nothing have been done to them.
Scammers, in June we gave a 12 gram golden ring to the jewellers for cutting purposes, and they said they lost it. So we went to their branches about 20 times, including the soho road branch. The auntie at the store was saying “ I don’t know about this “, After all of this headache they just gave us a 7gram ring after telling them to give our ring back this many times. Please do not go there save your time and money from these thieves, if we did not go to there store this many times then they would not have gave us anything at all and kept the ring for themselves
The quoted amount did not match what I was told on the day of collection. Throw me off considering it was labour only and I already had enough gold to make item but added £20 more? Really unhappy as purchased previously and never had any issue's! Lost all trust

Be aware, they do play mind games, either buying or selling gold ! And can scam you as I’ve experienced, disgusting how they can mislead their customers. Unprofessional !!
Really love this place. I have gotten four piercing so far from here about to get two more really nice selection of earrings and staff! Love it!!
Scammers but try to be sweet, be careful charge over price every time
