I bought a hatchling corn snake here in September and couldn't be happier with him/her. They're very healthy and happy so far and the guys in the shop were so friendly and knowledgeable. Great range in store too and fast online delivery
Visited the store yesterday as my daughter wanted to look at hamsters, she was lucky enough to hold one and we had all our questions answered about getting one. While I was in store I asked about food for my cat, he is old and can't seem to tolerate any cat food and is on a diet of fresh meat and fish. I have been through every brand . The guys in store were so helpful and finally we have a food he can tolerate!! The store do there own brand of food, they gave us some samples and I have a very content and most importantly cat who has not been sick!! I also bought the brand for my dog!!
Visited for the first time on Sunday and was very impressed with how they take care of the animals there. I explained to the guys that I rescue a lot of abused and neglected parrots, and they offered to order me in larger bags of their food and everything. Really lovely people with lots of knowledge and a genuine care for the animals. Excellent array of products! Will certainly be a returning customer. Very happy with my new baby snake. The guys couldn't have been nicer and more helpful and informative they really were great. The snakes were all in great condition very healthy and curious not at all stressed looking. Will 100% be returning for my next purchase

I highly recommend ! Lovely shop and great service! We've looked through Dublin for guinea pigs and find none! Our last stop was at this lovely pet store...They had few adorable male piggies. We got 2 for our boys and all necessary accessories that we were missing. Both piggies are now well used to us and have huge appetite they are twice the size now since we brought them home bigger than on the photos. We already ordered larger cage, 160cm one, for them, so they have more space to run around as they are quite active Thank you
Went out from south side on bus and have say a great place for animals and fish Simon couldn’t be more helpful and Noe’s a lot about fish very happy 20 minutes on bus leaves u outside I will be back I highly recommend to anyone buying animals small pets or fish tanks again grand tanks going well
Huge selection for all pet owners. A big shout out to the workers as well, they are all so nice and friendly. Very interested in their work and have a nice connection with many animals for sale in there. Highly recommend
I was running in to a big trouble with my Discus fish tank!!!! Cloudy water I went to majority of the petshops for advice to help me out trying almost all the brands for clearing up the cloudy water Nothing was working!!!!! Went to Kinsealy Pet Store met a very very very professional man in the fish area!!!! Best advice for solving my problem with the cloudy water. He recommended me some liquid to add in the fish tank!!!!! So I took he's advice and the liquid... Went home added it in the fish tank the amount that he recommended and guess what? 15 minutes later ...... CRISTAL CLEAR WATER!!!!! What a MIRACLE !!!!! COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!! 5 aren't enough for me to say a Very big THANK YOU!!!!!!!.
Great selection of products, very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. When visiting one of the staff was helping a mother and young son to select a hamster. The staff member was very patient and spent over 20 minutes with them. He was not pushy or anytging with them.
