Fatima is an absolutely wonderful therapist and a beautiful person. I went to her at first for acupuncture and later Emotional Freedom Technique. She creates a very healing environment that I could sense as soon as I came through the door. She works in both practical and intuitive ways, asking inspired questions that help to reveal answers. Every session I came away feeling thoroughly nurtured, refreshed, relaxed and with new things to try. I am so very grateful for her help and the difference she has made to my life.

I saw Fatima for around 4 months for acupuncture and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Fatima is professional, compassionate and always has a useful strategy up her sleeve! Fatima is just wonderful. I went to see her to help me with fertility as this is what she specialises in. Within just one month of seeing her regularly and taking her advice, I fell pregnant. I couldn’t believe it. I kept up with my treatments on a monthly basis which helped keep my energy levels up and nausea at bay. Fatima is extremely empathetic, a fantastic listener and very honest. Our sessions are so pleasant and are never rushed. I come out feeling extremely relaxed and feeling 100 times better than before I arrived. Fatima offers a complimentary telephone consultation before any appointments are made so that you can have a good chat, gather all the information you need before deciding if acupuncture is for you or not. EXPERIENCE OF A SKEPTIC  I'd never tried acupuncture before coming to Kingston Hill Clinic, but after several friends over the course of  year recommend I try it, I though I'd give it a go. I didn't know what to look for and opted for Murad and Fatima's clinic purely for it proximity to my house and their professional backgrounds.  After my first treatment I was a convert. Murad's treatments go far beyond the needling. They're highly personal experiences. Every session begins with a conversation and Murad creates an environment where I felt I could off-load my day-to-day stress and anxieties. These in themselves became highly therapeutic. This is followed by a physical examination, taking into account your pulses and physiognomic imbalances. The two in combination mind-body means the needling treatment is a lot more personalized and effective. No two treatments felt the same, each one uniquely reacting to my recent life events, yet all part of a deeper, longer process. I can imagine there are many other acupuncturists out there who see you only as a bit of flesh to stick needles in, but certainly not Murad!  The clinic itself is conveniently accessible by bus and train. Despite being on a main road, the treatment rooms are very quiet and spotlessly clean. It's a calm environment which I always looked forward to being in. Murad himself is very kind and sympathetic - we quickly became friends. I now live abroad and can no longer make it to KHC, but my three months of treatments were fantastic and eye-opening. Certainly worth the money. I'll be sure to visit when I'm back in Kingston. I had Fatima for acupuncture, she has honestly changed my outlook on this. She's extremely kind & patient, she's helped me a lot with relaxing & just over all being positive. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Would award her 10 out 5 stars if I could.

I had had previous experience with acupuncture. It had helped sometimes with my chronic back pain. However, when I met Murad the first time, I immediately understood that he was different, he was really passionate and he tried to understand my problem: with Murad the acupuncture becomes science. My problem with the back is not completely gone but it improved significantly.
