I came for some vaccines with hollie. She is really lovely and has a fun happy personality. It was a great experience even though I have a small fear of needles. Hollie made it fun.
gives us pot for stool sample...hand in stool sample. receive txt hours later 'stool sample is in wrong container' You jokin? We've put half a day aside to sort all this and you lot gave us the container to begin with. I swear i'll be dead from this illness before i actually receive adequate treatment for it.
Absolutely awful. Rude receptionist, I can't access my medical data with them to connect NHS for my disability claim. Rude woman just said you need to contact NHS when it's the medical practise that does it. You can't get through most days on the phone to this practice. They take days on end to approve prescription and miss some out including pain relief which I need as I have multiple joint problems. I wish I'd never moved to this practice my last doctors were a lot more helpful and willing to go the extra mile these just don't care your just a number. Awful.
08.30 Took 15 minutes to get through and wait in a queue from 14th ..saw Nurse Practitioner at 10 am bang on time by 11am antibiotics dispensed Impressed with service. Thank you.
Absolutely terrible. Telephone system seems designed to frustrate, drops calls, refuses to connect. It's like they don't actually want patients or to provide care. I'm not a regular 'customer' so when I call, like so many others, its because I need medical advice. So when I can't get through where are we supposed to go? Here's my advice, telephones are not a dark art, if your provider and IT team can't fix it-sack them. If you don't want patients sack yourselves and let someone who cares do it instead. People need a service they can rely upon when they need it.
