Not clear which direction to drive in having reached the top/bottom of ramps. Difficult to exit from as a pedestrian. Stairwell between 4th and 2nd floor only stairwell I could find? Had to walk out down car ramp smelled very strongly of urine. I also felt very uncomfortable walking down New Inn Lane to access the town centre from the car park.nnI hate leaving negative feedback, but I feel this needs some genuine reviews to highlight the need for its improvement.nnThe Guildhall is such a great venue, yet very few people I asked knew it linked to the car park. I also feel that if people could park like they can at Eastgate it would breathe some life back into Kings Walk. Imagine how full this car park would be with visitors to Kings Square if it’s wasn’t so dire!

Narrow spaces, park out the top if you don't want to inhale urine.... Signage does not always make sense or is easy to follow. When you drive in it says it's open till 6, but it was open longer, maybe I read it wrong...

Kings Walk Car Park has got worse. The car park levels are disgusting!! Loads of litter everywhere!! Filthy!! Homeless people are living there. They should get some help to get them moved somewhere nicer. The outside parking in the carpark is disgusting too!! Bird droppings everywhere!! You expect us to pay the extra parking charge, I don't think it's worth it. Get it cleaned up!!

Absolutely filthy. The stairwells are disgusting, an embarrassing reflection of Gloucester. Not a great entry to the shopping centre, hope the owners and council take note. Happy to take our money but not provide a clean and safe environment. And would be good to know where the pay stations are as there isn't one on each level and no signs indicating this. Whoever manages this car park should be embarrassed or put on training. On how to use a mop and bucket. Properly. This is typical Gloucester, sadly. We do not seem to have moved on.

Very good location. Easy to navigate inside  . Ideal for shopping centre if mobility limited as its very close to everything. Sat nav struggled to locate it though so rely more on street signage
