I recently had a floor-to-ceiling mirror installed in my wife’s dressing room by Ali, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ali was highly professional and gave solid advice on which mirror would best suit our needs, without trying to upsell us like other companies did. The installation was quick—just 5 minutes!—and the price was great value for the quality. Highly recommend Ali for anyone looking for a straightforward, reliable service.
If you need that mirror that you can't find then give this place a try. We had trouble finding a mirror to fit a complete wall in our new porch. No problem for Ali and his team who made us the mirror within 3 weeks. We couldn't have asked for better service. Ali the owner even took time out to deliver and fit it himself. We are really pleased with the final result. Thank you Ali for going above and beyond. Will be using you again and will recommend you to friends and family. A quick mention to Steven who works at front of shop who also was good to deal with. 19.10.22 Just had three under cupboard grey smoke mirrors for the kitchen. Ali came out and measured then fitted them. Little bit of a wait to get them but pleased with them to finish off our kitchen, thanks Ali.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The communication throughout the process was abysmal. They demanded full payment upfront before any work was done, which should have been a warning sign that I unfortunately overlooked. When the splashback was finally fitted, there were glaring visible gaps. When I questioned this shoddy workmanship, I was told that our kitchen units were bent—an excuse to avoid any responsibility. This crucial detail was conveniently omitted when they took the measurements. To add insult to injury, during the initial fitting, one glass pane was cut incorrectly. The second attempt was marginally better but still defective. On top of all this, I had to constantly chase them for updates on the fitting schedule, a level of unprofessionalism that was not expected given the price I paid. Overall, the service was severely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are fast! I needed the glass replacing in an old picture frame. It took all of 3 minutes for them to do a perfect job, while I waited. Definitely worth supporting this local business. Recommended.
I’ve had six frames from the team here and all were great condition. 5 were completed last year and are still looking good. The service was great and the turnaround was quick. For me the service and quality seems consistent and professional. The rates are competitively too.

How great to find a shop where the member of staff was so helpful. We couldn't sort the piece of bevelled, coloured glass that we needed for our 1920's mirror, but the broken chain has been replaced, so we can hang it again. We felt the gentleman at the shop had done all he could to try to help us. You don't always get that level of service when you go into a shop.
first class service throughout. ordered my 4 mirrors for wardrobe doors and within a week a text and a phone call confirmed they were all ready for collection at a reasonable price including the adhesive very strong and worth buying too!. I have now finished the job and myself and customer are extremely pleased with their bespoke wardrobe would certainly use again and recommend. 100% satisfied. Thank you once again for your services. We just purchased a glass cover for our table from the shop only for it to shatter entirely on our table top. My wife has glass cuttings on her hands from the reaction. The table is now also damaged from the impact. I want to emphasise, we did NOTHING to cause this. After the incident, the shop owner said its normal to happen when two pieces of glass touch, which is utterly ridiculous as they allowed us to purchase it. When teaching out to the shop, the said this is normal to happen which is beyond belief. They were unwilling to accept any liability for the damage, and hung up on me after calling them. I have reported them to trading standards, but I STRONGLY advise never to purchase from them.
