I might be biased as I go to church, but it's the place I found after a good look round that was inventive, creative and alive and had a great kids group.

I love this church - its a great place where you can be challenged, you can grow, you can get involved. My kids are not just looked after brilliantly but more importantly encouraged to grow into what God wants them to be as well. The messages are relevant, challenging and biblical. I know I have found a great home for my family and I! I cannot recommend it enough - if you want a church that is welcoming, friendly, relevant and biblical then this would be a great place to look!

I came to Kings 18 months ago and felt so welcome and loved from the minute I stepped through the door. The services are so uplifting and relevant to my life. The courses have helped me grow as a Christian and completely changed my outlook on life. Kings is well and truly my home.

I feel somewhat disturbed by this growing Kings Church franchise. At present it appears to be a NW organisation (I use the word "organisation" deliberately). The "teaching" is almost directly from the Word of Faith "Faith" movement - from which the Toronto "blessing" (curse) actually sprang. You might have heard of the "name it & claim it" teaching - some preachers actually say that man is as much God as Christ was, and therefore can "name" things into being - such as prosperity, health & a good life ! TOTALLY HERETICAL. As if we didn't have enough Americanisms creeping into our society, now we have a very dangerous "belief" system, stemming from the Televangelist preachers such as Copeland, Hinn, Dollar, Meyer et al. Google the wealth of these people - (an old phrase "follow the money" comes to mind). Did our Lord have a fleet of Fast Camels, Air conditioned tents, a retinue of servants, fine dining, bodyguards, corrupt sheriffs depts etc etc to service his every need ? NO, all he had was what he wore AND THE TRUE WORD - the same as his Apostles - Paul himself made tents to earn a small living - so that he didn't have to TAKE from the people of the community he was giving the Word to ! Slightly different to the parasites who use our Lords message as a way of "filling their boots" ! Sorry about the long post, it infuriates me how chancers, "Con Men" use peoples real faith to take their money - especially when the ones "giving" will NEVER experience the lifestyle of the one their donations are "given" to ! A REALLY Scriptural Church will NEVER ask you for money - let alone present you with a direct debit form - it's left to your conscience whether you give - NO pressure ! Remember our Lord overturning the moneychangers tables & whipping them out of Gods house ? BTW, I'm a TRUE CHRISTIAN - with total Faith in our Lord & His teachings !
