This pub took a last minute request for 11 people and the staff were super friendly. They have a good selection of beer available and food too.nnThey have parking available but we had to park near a residential property since it was full. It was a pretty cosy atmosphere and they had ample seating available.nnThe hot and spicy wings had a good masala however the meat was pretty bland. The steak and ale was pretty good, we enjoyed the gravy. The Thai green curry was surprisingly authentic however the quantity could be a little bit more, the curry was too little for the rice provided.nnThe brownie with ice-cream was delicious and the perfect amount.
Really good place for Sunday lunch, Yorkshire pudding was slightly overdone which broke my heart as that's my favourite. 4 spuds is a bit sad too and I'm not sure what you did to the red cabbage but I wasn't a fan. Other than that it was great. Loved the atmosphere and the staff were lovely!
The food was amazing. The staff are very nice and welcoming. They celebrated my birthday with waffles. Very nice , everyone is very friendly.
What a lovely venue for food and drinks in Wheatley!nThe Staff are a credit to the Management. A very welcoming, warm and friendly place. Very tasteful background music that had us bopping in our seats. They even provided throws to keep us warm should the weather change. A scrupulously clean environment I'm looking forward to my next visit. Well done
We had a lovely Sunday lunch here. The lady in charge couldn’t do enough to help. The girls working there were very polite although did feel they were new and a little unsure of themselves but overall we would go back. Thankyou
