Very much a locals pub. With other similar bars currently closed, this place gets busy from 12pm onwards. Music is good, rock inclined but not loud. Mix of LGBTQ & others. Oh, and it's one of, if the cheapest place in Brighton.
Great local to meet friends and watch the footie etc and fairly cheap for a pint in Brighton
Good pint. Staff are friendly. Premises are clean and tidy and there is a good outdoor seating. They serve food as well.
It's your average pub. Good service, good drinks, TVs with news and horse racing on around the pub.

The manager is a very friendly young man. The drinks are very cheap compared to other bars in the area. Very much a working man's pub
Super cheap and friendly boozer in Kemp town. Often has sports on. Great pint of landlord for 2.70
Regarding the pub: A bit of a run down, divey space but the people are wonderful. Karaoke is low key and a very welcoming environment. You'll meet people from all walks of life and many who have survived or are surviving tough times. As far from the trashy tourist pier scene as you can get.
