Genuinely friendly helpful staff. Large bedrooms and bathroom. Central in Pitlochry. Back of hotel gives access to mainline Station. Beyond stations pleasant walk to river, dam and fish ladder. For more adventurous miles of hill and river walks. Highly recommend.
Where to start. Hidden car park charge. Dated decor. Room wasn't clean. Handles missing from shower sliding doors. Eat locally if you can rather than at hotel. Expensive for drinks, and I live in Edinburgh! Positives - fantastic location. Decent TV. Spacious room. Staff are nice and helpful.
Great location for touring the area. Room was comfortable and adequately kitted out. Shower was great, big double space and powerfull jet, so bonus for me. Car park was a bit small for the size of the hotel which was a problem but found a space nearby. Great breakfast but busy in the morning. All in all decent and would return.
Sat outside plenty of staff but had to get their attention to take order. A pizza some chips which was okay definitely NOT worth £20.50. As for drinks a large G&T cost £10.60 rip off. One consolation, no drunks in Pitlochry

Lovely clean hotel in beautiful surroundings. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room wasn't refurbished, whilst our friends was and I preferred ours. It had a lovely big window so very light even if it did need a lick of paint, it was clean. We had breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner and every meal was nice. Reception staff were very helpful.
