We were so happy with Esen + the teams service. Very communicative, turned around our sofa very quickly. It has been done to such a high standard, looks fantastic. Really lovely people - we highly recommend!
Highly recomendable and impecable service throughout. We decided to restore our old beloved 3+ seater sofa since we could not find something similar and King Upholstery manager gave us great recommendations on fabric quality & care. The finished work was impecable and the details even surpassed the original sofa since they installed zippers so the unit can be dismanteled without tearing anything. The price was more than reasonable, the team picked up everything and delivered as promised even though I was rushing with time. Highly recommendable, real knowledgeable and hard working staff. Include 2 photos but the sofa is packed for travel.
I’ve had some great work done here that has lasted years, I’m looking to get my sofa redone and Esen has been very responsive. I’ll use them again definitely. Small friendly shop that has everything you need to get your furniture looking spiffy again!
We had our 1960s Swedish sofa reupholstered by King Upholstery. Esen turned out to be extremely knowledgable and helpful about the style and fabric options - a real expert. We were delighted with the result and level of craftsmanship, delivered on time and at a reasonable cost.
Amazing service. 4 ancient bar stools restored beyond belief! Very busy workshop with fast turnaround. Well worth a visit to see and feel the quality and discuss options. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I decided to have two new seat cushions made for a sofa that I have owned for some years, which although structurally sound, the seat cushions were showing their age and the foam inside had seen its best days. After contacting King Upholstery for a quote, I was asked to submit both the measurements of the cushions and a photograph of what I wanted to replace. Even after submitting both their size and a photograph, they then asked if it was possible to bring in one of the cushions, as they wanted to be sure they were replacing like with like. It was this attention to detail throughout that has resulted in the best possible outcome. I could not be happier, two new seat cushions that fit perfectly, it’s like having a new sofa! Along with outstanding workmanship, Esen and his team are highly professional, friendly and incredibly competitive on price. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Excellent service from Esen and really careful, thoughtful work reupholstering a chair and fixing damaged woodwork. He kept us informed throughout the process and the results are beautiful.
Very very poor communication - first contacted in December to carry out a job. I have had to continuously chase for months to get updates on when they can do the job - I confirmed we were ready to proceed, selected fabric but had 0 response. Every time I have called they have said they will send over amended quote and expected time frame - this has never happened. I have even asked if they don't have the capacity to take on the job to just let me know - no response. Very frustrating
A very old, worn chair, and a challenging pattern with a large repeat, is certainly daunting for many people. So was feeling a little anxious how it would all work out. I can not recommend King Upholstery more highly. Beautifully upholstered with pattern precisely matched and carefully aligned on the chair. Always extremely helpful, and clear about the work involved. A very big thank you for my fabulous chair.
