As new parents attending an appointment with our 3 day old baby at kings house, we went to get lunch at the lovely coffee shop afterwards. The manager offered us lunch on the house as a kind gesture as new parents. It was a lovely surprise, totally unexpected. The food and cakes were amazing and were more than happy to pay full price knowing what we were going to receive. Highly recommend for a quieter out of town coffee date.
We went here for my mums diabetic eye test. Staff took very good care of us, very polite and professional. It also has a very cool place for a coffee or brunch. Very peaceful.
We attended a Dr Who Charity Convention which was organised very well and was thoroughly enjoyable. The venue was easily accessible throughout and I was able to move independently on my mobility scooter. There was ample parking for all. The venue was not cramped at all considering there was another group also using it. Highly recommend both the venue and the Dr Who Charity Convention, which incidentally raised over £17,000 for three local charities! Well done to all.
Excellent facilities for many varied activities. Support staff are brilliant and look after all our needs. Coffee lounge has a great range of food and drinks to suit all needs.
Very nice place for meetings downstairsnUpstairs the disabled lift takes you to first floor, but then to access room we were in had to walk through another room. This was OK in the morning however in afternoon room was being used so didn't like walking throughnThe food supplied by the cafe was excellent wide choice and we had tea coffee etc throughout the day
