We were visiting from United States and were struggling finding a reliable pharmacy where we could get professional advice for our medicines. I lost my medicines and my children were not feeling well, the pharmacy staff were very caring and went an extra mile to resolve our issue and get us our medications ready. Special thanks to Mr. Najran who demonstrated immense professionalism and care. I highly recommend Kings Health Pharmacy in Birmingham!

Fantastic experience as always. My family have used this pharmacy for many years and always greeted with a smile, even by name! Staff are very professional and very polite, even when queues get busy and the phone is ringing. They genuinely care for their customers.

I would never consider using a different chemist. Quite apart from the fact that he knows many of his customers by name and their addresses, he always has time to break off and have a friendly word with customers. You get the impression that he is over worked but would still do more for customers if needed. The same can be said for all staff even in his absence. Anyone who feels the need to complain can only be someone with unrealistic expectations.

The staff are really helpful and brilliant and professional service as always Ash Sonja and Arnav they all go the extra mile if they don't have the item you need they will get it in the next day or two or the same day if its early morning  I've been going there for 12 years now and i plan to keep going I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHEMIST if you haven't gone there before give it a go.

Tremendous service given to customers at a time when the customers are sick and worried. My Dr said I'd have trouble finding the antibiotic that I needed and said it would probably need to be ordered in and advised me to call the big companies first Boots Lloyd's etc. None of the big places had it in stock and even didn't have any in the warehouse to order in because they're only allowed to request stock from 1 place. King's Heath Pharmacy had it in stock without ordering it in. I should've gone there first since that's where I usually go. The staff I really helpful Ash is always willing to help and their student Arnav, was very helpful on the phone reassuring me that if they didn't have it they could get it in. Thank you all.

It's a good pharmacy but just to say I've been twice at 9am ish on a Sunday and it isn't open so it would be helpful to update this info save wasted journeys.

Always greeted with a smile at this pharmacy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the Pharmacist and his staff. They really value the local community and take the time to help in any way they can. The advice they give is always helpful and the service is prompt.  Thank you, from our family, who all use your services.
