Jan was absolutely excellent, he made our experience so lovely, he was kind attentive and always on the ball to make sure we had whatever was needed. James was also brilliant, a great meal and drinks we really couldn’t fault anything. Would recommend to everyone.Service: 5/5

Thought the service was great , we had a fabulous stay , off the cuff weekend jaunt and we were not disappointed, the bedrooms were lovely and spacious with really comfortable beds, the staff were so accommodating and lovely. The cocktails are a must and the food was amazing. We will definitely visit again.Rooms: 5/5
Fabulous Sunday roast, polenta and mushroom starter was really delicious. Good portions and really relaxed atmosphere. Directly opposite amazing historic spots - Christchurch Castle and Norman House. Would recommend and we will go back again. Service was professional and friendly.Service: 5/5
We haven't stayed but did try to eat here. The website was advertising a promotion called 15 Mile menu. We we were well within the time and day limitations set out so thought we would give it a try. After eventually getting someone's attention in the empty restaurant and inquiring about the promotion the conversation went something like this " we no longer do this, you'll have to order from the normal menu, have you booked"? No, "Ok we're full." The guy was very rude and couldn't wait to get back behind the bar. So imagine my surprise today while waiting outside at the traffice lights to see an A board advertising 15 Mile menue, no need to book! Just walk in.
Went there for a girly lunch. Lovely round table and food was delicious. Had to park a long way away but venue, food and service was excellentService: 5/5
Had Sunday lunch roast beef and veg very good.Had to wait and ask for dessert menu then a 35 minute wait for it arrived over cooked and a small drop of custard such a shame.Service: 2/5
For a relaxed smart environment it was just right for coffee. Shame there wasn't cake to go with it. Would visit again

The hotel was amazing. Parking was limited. We had the experience of attending a very close friend's wedding. It was a beautiful day and the atmosphere was vibrant and amazing. Customer services was great and the staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous. Point to be aware. Prices of drinks at the hotel fluctuates dramatically from the morning towards the evening. Be prepared to pay quite astronomical prices for drinks during these times. There were no ramps for disabled persons but staff were helpful for any care needed. Thank you and have a great day
