Goods  brilliant but the shop assistant was surly almost rude was as much as she could do serve us. Had no knowledge of what she was selling and as my mum is elderly  and bit deaf didn't take that into consideration at all especially as she spent nearly 300 pounds. Definitely will not be returning. Please train your staff care and courtesy costs nothing.

Young lady working today around 4pm was very helpful and cheery. Best service I have had here. Such a nice change to be greeted by a smile and great energy.

The lady in the shop with dark hair needs to sort out the customer service . Blimey whoever owns this shop please perhaps have a look at the staff . I asked for slippers she almost had an argument as it didn’t describe them correctly. was quite taken aback !

Good quality cotton goods for bedroom & bathroom. An extensive range of 100% cotton sheets, duvet-covers and pillow-cases which help to make going to bed much more enjoyable & comfortable.

Bought some lovely towels from there,really nice and fluffy, wash up beautifully. ‍

What a lovely shop very friendly lady serving and very helpful.  Ended up buying some lovely bargains. Will be back.

Rubbish had two logos put onto a dressing gown 1 about 6" lower than the other.  And different type sizes. They said they couldn't redo or give me a refund. Won't be going back to shop there again.

Lovely service from the in store ladies. Will visit again.

Walked in and immediately had a staff member help me find exactly what I was looking for
