The quality of food is amazing, BUT one of the male staff keep touching his nose while he is cooking or serving the customers. due to current situation I would like ask the manager to consider this matter. I am one of the regular customers and since Thursday I don't want to come back to order food. sorry
The King Neptune is one of the most popular fish and chip shops in NW London. The fish is excellent and the chips are consistently good. The staff are friendly although it can get very busy especially at peak times with big queues on Friday dinnertime. Recommended.
We have been going to King Neptunes for years. Their food had always been delicious. Well cooked and fresh. Even though we have moved further away. I will still phone through an order and collect it. Definitely the gem of local chippy's .

one of the best fish and chip restaurants in the area. Amazing take away, fast, good size portions and not expensive. Im a 15 minute drive from the shop but as a delivery always arrives hot. Well recommended.
