Cheap and cheerful bar with some ales and reasonable priced food, some of which is excellent.nnEdit. My silly mistake, didn't register the New Era as I have had it and I was focused on looking for new beers. Definitely worth popping back in to check out the beers and I will again soon. Ye, back in today and three new beers in. Great rotation of beer selection. Doh.nnBack in today and had food for the first time. Great value and very tasty. Also I have had some excellent beers in here, lots of Vaux and Rudgate lately.
It used to be a spoons bar , but got taken over by a local company , tbh I can't fault it ,yes its tired and the same same decor from the spoon's days , but it as the saying goes cheaper than chips .nThey serve food till 8 pm , but as being a town centre bar, the custom dies of about then.nIf you're looking for half decent grub and an extrodaly cheap drinks you can do no wrong by visiting here .nIt's wheelchair friendly, well I say that but you need a person to open the door or you can't get in
Gorgeous food and epic music choice. Had a lovely meal and served by polite staff. Will definitely return
