Waited 1hr and 30mins for food to arrive and it was cold plus our order wasn't right. My fiance asked for a chicken fillet meal honestly what he got was pathetic the chicken was less than half the size of the bun. Also there's a child that's answers the phone and sometimes brings food to your door, this makes me feel very uncomfortable, I won't be ordering from here again, unacceptable.

Ordered at 15:30. 17:30 and still no food. If I did not call, I probably wouldn't have had anyone contacting me. I called again to ask for a refund and was told to wait because the driver is already on its way. That would have been fine if I didn't have to be at a meeting at 6. The outcome is I am leaving the house hungry, angry and without any refund. Never repeating that mistake again.

Food never showed up. Ordered at 14:00 and its now 16:00 so will never order from here again and they dont answer the phone. Ridiculous service and ridiculous food from the looks of your other reviews.
