This is a great place to take the kids and the dogs, it had a huge field for playing, walking, or picnicking it has a gym and a kids playground plus public toilets, all around a great place to visit
Beautiful and clean field. A playground for younger children and large fields with a pond. Recommended for a visit. There is a car park which is handy and you don't have to walk too far. No litter around so you can sit on the grass. It's a dog friendly field, plenty of walkers around too .
Grandaughter loved it there she's 4 years lots of things for to play on . Nice big field if you want a picnic/play games Playground: Good selection Dog-friendliness: Plenty of places for dogs Picnic area: Good space for a picnic
Nice place.great for kids and for parents as well. They got sport equipments which makes this place great!
Great for dog walkers/ football matches/ shorter walks for little legs. The play park is one of the best, with easy access climbing frames for smalls and more exciting ones for bigs! There's a nice little stone duck pond with benches and toilets in the building at the back. Great car park, we've yet to struggle to find space. Paths suitable for buggies/ bikes/ scooters.
A well zoned park area sporting a pond, children's play area, fitness space, open grass space, woods, football pitches and a clubhouse area with toilets. The main field is divided in to two areas with a tree lined walk and the space is used for a variety of activities including weekend sports, fitness clubs and charitable events. Playground: There is a well maintained playground at the park, fenced off from the rest of the air by waist high metal railings. The park is non-dog friendly and contains a range of swings, slides, climbing items as well as smaller pieces of equipment. Restrooms: The clubhouse does have public toilets attached, however their openning hours and status varies Dog-friendliness: The park is dog friendly both on/off/long lead options but animals must be kept under control. It is partially fenced mainly along the road however gates are often open.
Have been walking 2 greyhounds here this week. Ample parking, plenty of bins, wooded areas around the perimeter, perfect for dogs to sniff and easier to poo pick than on the grass. Met lots of friendly people and well behaved dogs. Cute little pond with ducks and lots of squirrels! Cleaner than many places I've walked dogs but sad to see some litter and poos considering how many bins there are. The hounds give it the paws up.
Our favourite place to walk and sit
Lovely park. Car park, football fields, enclosed children's playground & a l9vely pavilion with public toilets including disabled facilities
Great stop for the beginning and end of our rides. Handy toilets too.
