Kinetic Demolition provided a thoroughly professional service in planning and carrying out the demolition of a private domestic property in readiness for our new build project. Kinetic took the time to understand our particular needs and provided helpful advice during the planning stage. They provided a clear risk assessment and method statement and carried out the work in full compliance with health and safety requirements. Used kinetic demo for a small demo and refurb in Loanhead. Taking down an old dance hall and removing all the waste from site. Most companies were not interested as there was no road access to site. All waste had to be man handled 100m to the nearest skip drop off point. Even though a small job, I feel I was treated like any other client. Regular site visits from senior management to ensure all operatives were working as per the RAMS. Overall I was very impressed and safety was 2nd nature to all involved. Thanks guys, job well done.
