The phrase "Customer Service" suggests some form of privileged service, which clients should be grateful for. In my opinion (both as a customer and as a business service provider), customers paying good money to businesses should be provided "Care" rather than a "Service," but there are few businesses who actually do so. I am very happy to name Kinder Pocock as one of those unique businesses. Not only am I able to pick up the phone and receive answers to my finance questions within an hour of my call but Kinder Pocock always make themselves available to me when I need a couple of hours of one-to-one time (on occasion this has even been in the comfort of my home). A really excellent business; very personable, reliable, helpful and pro-active in keeping me - and my company - on financial track.

Unfortunately Kinder Pocock let my company down when we most needed them. As a local and relatively new business it has been pretty tough to cope with growing the business and dealing with the accounts. Our first end of year was a last minute completion with just a few days to spare which Kinder Pocock did indeed return on time. Due to the added business, and repeat business from existing customers we have found it difficult to get our records ready until now. Kinder Pocock informed me that they were unable to complete our latest return on time and that we would face a late fee of £100. Kinder Pocock also advised us to make alternative arrangements without even asking for our accounts so that they could submit them, albeit late!. Our records are supplied in a comprehensive, documented format designed to create as little work as possible in order to calculate our return. I do appreciate that 10 days notice is indeed a short period of time in which our Tax return can be calculated, yet we as a company we would have been happy to pay an additional fee which was highlighted in an earlier letter received from Kinder Pocock. We are now faced with finding a new accountant that is able to return our accounts whether they are filed by the 31st of January or not.

Friendly, first class accountancy service, by switching to Kinder Pocock our net proffit improved. Attention to detail and honesty was just what we needed
