Now they running 50% off. So the big KFC is only 8 quid, can easily feed 2 lads. Food tasted good. Its a fast food place, you'll struggle to get a seat and queues will be likely. But the price and quality balance is worth the wait. Will be coming back again for a naughty munch
I miss the old Kimchee - why change a beloved formula? For profit of course. They’ve taken away the hot stone bibimbaps and beef Deopbap has increased in price from around £6 to £8.40. I used to love their glass noodle salad. All gone! Such limited menu.
Good Korean food! The Kimbap is super tasty however the staff weren't so nice and it wasn't particularly clean despite the restaurant being empty so I was a little annoyed I had to pay extra VAT to in inside. There is no bathroom which was a little annoying. I prefer going to the actual restaurant branch rather than the 'to go'.
Great little spot for some good Korean food. I'm not an expert, seems relatively authentic - nonetheless very tasty. Love their beef bulgogi rice and Korea fried chicken salad. Perfect for lunch or an early dinner we after work, when it's relatively quiet.
Impressive selection of Korean food and one of the best bibimbap I've had in London. More popular for takeaway food but definitely worth a visit.
Noodle cup was pretty good; Korean-styled hot bento box, however, was only ok and you have to pay separately for a side of kimchee. It's not really a restaurant where you can order a fresh version of anything they sell but is just a take away type of place when though you could sit on the premises if there's space where you mostly pick the food you want from their premade case and then pay up front. Probably wouldn't go again.
Had the Beef Bulgogi and the Beef was amazing! Wasn't overly keen on the rice. Great service and great food
I used to love it there the food was really nice and good value especially for central London. But they have changed the menu and layout. Before there were some tables and chairs in the middle and now they have been removed so you can't eat in anymore. They have removed a lot of the food I liked, I did see they added burger and chips to the menu! If I wanted that I would go to a burger place. Quite disappointed I ended up going else where.
Great food! Nice selection of dishes, relaxing atmosphere.
I hate to give this place a bad wrap because I love Korean food and want to see it do well here in the UK. That said, there were too many problems to ignore. Now, I'm not seeing you could t get a relatively inexpensive bite to eat here, my meal was filling, included fresh ingredients and the staff were fine - also, the location is upmarket and convenient, but Korean food is so much better than that, the ingredients are really fresh, the food is wholesome and filling, and really tasty - we didn't get there. No tea was served with the food, just bottles and cans, that's like chips without salt and vinager, and as a best second you might want a beer - no beer. The lady who served me looked embarrassed. The beef was dry, the seats were attractive but uncomfy, the layout poor and confusing and there was quite a draft. The dish I ordered was an approximation of the real deal, and fair play they are watching costs and maybe I should have gone to a restaurant rather than a quick bite place like this. I really hope they make good and do well, its a great concept which just needs tweeking.
