Last year I had a branded wax jacket fully resized by Kim and the outcome was factory perfect. As a result when I needed some work shirts altering this year I didn't hesitate and took them straight to Kim - amazing service, quick turn-around and high quality finish. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service from Kim. I bought a number of suits from Hacket and their tailoring was poor. I went to see Kim and she resolved all the problems perfectly. She has also adjusted shirts in the past for me and also a leather jacket. Fantastic service and I've always been delighted with the job done and I am a perfectionist.

My mum was quoted £40 for her pleated trousers to be taken up and taken in a bit so they wasn't too baggy in the leg I had a very upset mum when she got trousers back to find out they had ironed out the pleats on one side i wont be recomending anyone.
I have found this shop to give a friendly service and all the alterations that I have had done there have been more than satisfactory and I think that the prices are reasonable too and would recommend them!, hope this is helpful.
