Took a visit to the store today, was both overwhelmed and underwhelmed at the same time but won't be back for sure.nMost of the staff were lovely, but for one think she was a manager - who's customer service was less than desirable. She embarrassed a customer over the price of some tatty golf balls, then ran off declaring she had to go and give another team member a telling off for the pricing of the golf balls. Very unprofessional, it's a charity shop at the end of the day.
This place is the size of a warehouse! Plenty of customer parking . Open on Thursdays to the public . Lots of vintage furniture at great prices and all for a good cause ! With some TLC the furniture can be upscaled for funky decors!
Massive space but very little I would consider buying
I agree it’s a great space loads of bits and pieces! I’ve bought a few bargains but lately, I’m sorry to say the nursery equipment eg:prams etc, are very expensive! They have 10year old and older, prams , missing rain covers, bumper bars etc. for £50 and £70!!!it’s very expensive! Can buy much cheaper on marketplace! I’ve gotten some great toys over the years but again, toys with missing bits, figures for silly money!! I respect the work they do for in these times people are needing a bargain, especially baby gear, sad to sway whoever is pricing them, needs a re-think
Great staff very helpful and friendly. Good stock well worth a browse.
